Usage instructions
Paste the following code into the top of an article, filling all known (or relevant) fields:{{Infobox song |name = |image = |artist = |album = |released = |season = |episode = |genre = |length = |composer = |previous = |next = |video = }}
Usage
Values are as follows:
Parameter | Explanation |
name | Name to display at the top of the Infobox. If you leave this blank, it will default to {{PAGENAME}} and simply display the title of the page. If you specify a name, it will use that instead. |
image | The name of the picture to be displayed, without the brackets or the "File:" prefix. Size is fixed at 200px, so images in a 4:3 aspect ratio are preferred over widescreen images. Example: S1e1 dipper.png |
artist | List the artist/band that performs the song. |
album | List the album the song is included in. |
released | The date the song was released. |
season | The season the song appeared in. |
episode | The episode the song appeared in. Use brackets and quote marks around the episode title, except for the theme song. |
genre | List the genre of the song, if known. |
length | The length/runtime of the song. Use H:MM:SS format (e.g., 1:15:32 for 1 hour, 15 minutes, and 32 seconds). |
composer | List the composer of the song. |
previous | Link to the song that chronologically appears prior to the song the page is about. If there is no applicable song, use "N/A". Use {{songs}} as a guide. |
next | Link to the song that chronologically appears after the song the page is about. If there is no applicable song, use "TBA". Use {{songs}} as a guide. |
video | The name of the video to be displayed. Example: Working 9 to 5-0 |
