Phil Altiere is the boss of the Hinobi store at Bailley and its Glitch Techs branch.
Biography
The boss of the local Hinobi store at Bailley and director of this town's Glitch Techs. Phil is also a veteran Glitch Tech. Though rarely joining in the hunt himself, he is not only capable but highly skilled. He's the one who dispatches Glitch Techs to take care of Glitches and to clean up the messes they cause. This role is shared with BITT, who helps with directing Glitch Techs around, arranging for backup, and dispatching specialized powerups.
It's revealed in the season two episode, BITT Prime, that when he was younger, Phil was mindwiped by someone else from Hinobi to hide something he discovered in the development labs. Knowing it was coming, he prepared a message to himself with the relevant data and covertly programmed BITT to be able to lead him back to it. It just took longer then expected to happen.
Personality
Phil tends to be rather deadpan and stonefaced and very no-nonsense, but according to BITT, he’s really into Buddy Cop shows. He’s also shown to be firm, but reasonable. In addition to being a good administrator and crisis manager, capable of hiding problems from the higher ups until they're resolved.

They show to go along well for being formers companions in their youth. Even so phill show to be a little nervous in the inspections of Barbara.
Joan Fishback
He show don't like deal with her, initially try to ignore her call and make he miss it. They show to have a rivalry and are very bad terms, for a misunderstandig for the Glitch's Kodama. Even after Phil demostrated he was telling the true, she catch Kodama.
Ridley
He initially firmly oppose to her to join, but agree afther she repair and upgrade Bitt to make Donuts. Afther the outbreak of glitches caused by her Phill was forced to fire her, something he did regretting.
