Bailley is the location of the local Hinobi Technology store branch, where Miko and High Five work.

Bailley is a remote town, surrounded by mountains and pine trees and near a sea or ocean.

All Glitch Techs characters from the first 10 episodes live in Bailley.
The town is named after the video game programmer Dona Bailey.
Bailley's pet shop "Nolan's Ark" is named after Nolan Bushnell, and is a play on the bible story of Noah's Ark.
